Our appointment will be in accordance with the Conditions of Engagement for Professional Services as published by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Charges for professional surveying work are always fully discussed and agreed prior to the commencement of work.
Our charges are either:
- a fixed fee agreed with you
- a percentage of the construction cost
or
- at a competitive hourly rate charge, based upon the time involved
Our fees do not however include external services e.g. structural engineers’ calculations or local authority application or inspection fees i.e. for planning and building regulations.
